On December 17, 2019, the Board issued a Complaint and Notice of Proposed Disciplinary Action alleging violations of the Medical Practice Act (state law) regarding unprofessional or dishonorable conduct; willful violation of any rule adopted by the board or board order; and failure to self-report within 10 working days any official action taken against the Licensee.
